Hello, my name is Sital Patel. I am the Director of Operations of KLA Schools of Flower Mound. I attended the University of Oklahoma where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. After moving to Texas, I earned my teaching certification and my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. I taught 6th grade Science for 7 years. It was an incredibly rewarding experience to impact so many children. I love interacting with children and am constantly in awe of their curiosity as they explore the world around them. As an educator, I learned very quickly that not all children learn in the same way or at the same rate.

After being introduced to KLA Schools, I was instantly inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and how it fosters a child’s own path to discovery. The KLA Schools I visited were beautiful, inviting and child focused. I immediately knew I wanted to bring this type of early education to my community. I am very excited to share this journey with you and your family.

Hello, my name is Julie Lee, and I’m proud to serve as the Director of KLA Schools of Flower Mound. I bring over a decade of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for supporting young children and their families.In 2022, my family planted roots here in Flower Mound, and that’s when I discovered the beautiful KLA community. I started as a 3-year-old classroom teacher, then served as Assistant Director for nearly two years, and now I’m honored to lead the school as Director.

I’ve experienced the preschool world through many lenses: first as a mom to two daughters just 13 months apart, then as a teacher for over 10 years, and now as an administrator. My journey into this field began when my daughters started preschool, and I found myself naturally drawn into the classroom alongside them. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for early learning. Having walked in many different shoes—as a parent, educator, and now school leader—gives me a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of how to support both children and families, as well as our dedicated KLA staff.

I chose KLA for many of the same reasons our families do: a safe, clean environment, a welcoming and positive culture, and a meaningful curriculum. What truly inspired me was the Reggio Emilia approach. I believe children are naturally curious, capable, and full of potential. As educators, our role is to nurture that growth by offering thoughtful guidance and creating an environment that inspires exploration, independence, and joy. At KLA, the environment itself becomes a “third teacher,” intentionally designed to support discovery and connection.

KLA isn’t just a place where children learn. It’s a place that feels like home. I look forward to welcoming your family and supporting your child’s journey with care, intention, and heart.

Sixela Noguera

Pedegogical Coordinator

Hello, my name is Sixela Noguera. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and I hold a degree in Business Administration. Since 2012, I have been deeply involved in the field of early childhood education.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow within this beautiful profession—from working as a Spanish immersion teacher for 4-year-olds, to leading the Spanish program and working with children ranging from 2 to 7 years old. I am also a certified Montessori Lead Guide for Toddlers, with specialization in the 0–3 age group.

My passion for early childhood education led me to seek out pedagogies that truly respect the unique rhythm of each child, honoring their intrinsic needs and individual learning paths. This calling inspired me to study both the Montessori approach and the Reggio Emilia philosophy, as both align with my deep belief in child-centered, respectful education.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity that KLA has given me since July 2025, to be part of their team as a Pedagogical Coordinator. It’s an honor to contribute to a school that stands apart—not as a daycare, but as a place where we are active observers and partners in the children’s learning journeys.

My name is Karyner Bejas, and I’m excited to continue my journey with KLA Schools here in the Flower Mound community. I recently moved to Texas in 2025 and am looking forward to bringing my passion for art and education to this new chapter.

I was born and raised in Venezuela and moved to Miami in 2015. I come from an artistic family full of musicians and creatives, which has greatly influenced my approach to teaching. I’ve been part of the KLA Schools family for five years, with four of those years serving as the Atelierista and Music Teacher at KLA Coral Gables.

I am deeply immersed in the Reggio Emilia philosophy and truly believe in the power of the arts as a language for children to express themselves. I’m thrilled to bring that vision to life here in Flower Mound and to guide children as they explore, create, and discover through artistic expression.

Kim Ferguson

Office Administrator

My name is Kim Ferguson, and I am the new Office Administrator at KLA School of Flower Mound. I have over six years of experience in childcare within the Houston and DFW areas, and I hold a Texas Director's License. My tenure at KLA began with preschool children, after which I transitioned to working with pre-K children.

In my personal life, I am a devoted wife and mother of three, as well as a grandmother of five. I derive great joy from laughter, and I consider reading to be a great pastime.

I am thrilled to be a part of the KLA community and look forward to contributing to the nurturing and supportive environment we provide for both our students and their families. Thank you for the warm welcome as I embark on this exciting new chapter in my career!
