KLA Schools Celebrates Fall with Family Festivals Across Three Campuses
Families, children, and educators come together for a memorable celebration of community, creativity, and connection.
NAPERVILLE & PLAINFIELD, IL — October 22, 2026 — Autumn brought more than colorful leaves and crisp weather to KLA Schools. Families from KLA Schools of Naperville, Naperville West, and Plainfield came together for their annual Fall Festival celebrations, enjoying a day filled with laughter, hands-on activities, and meaningful connections.
The festivities offered families an opportunity to step outside their everyday routines, spend quality time together, and strengthen the relationships that make the KLA Schools community special.
Across the celebrations, children and their families enjoyed a variety of seasonal activities, including pumpkin decorating, face painting, interactive games, balloon artistry, and outdoor entertainment.
At KLA Schools of Naperville, families gathered for a lively celebration featuring games, face painting, a balloon artist, and music from DJ Jason. The festive atmosphere brought children, parents, and teachers together for a day of shared experiences and joyful memories.
At KLA Schools of Plainfield, families embraced the beauty of the fall season through pumpkin activities, outdoor play, and opportunities to connect with fellow families and educators. The celebration reflected the school's commitment to building a welcoming community where children and families feel a strong sense of belonging.
Families at KLA Schools of Naperville West also enjoyed a morning of seasonal festivities, with opportunities for children to explore, play, and celebrate alongside their loved ones.
More Than a Celebration: Building a Sense of Belonging
While the games and activities brought excitement, the most meaningful moments came from families spending time together.
Parents expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to connect with other families and thanked the school teams for organizing activities that made the celebrations enjoyable for children and adults alike.
At KLA Schools, these experiences are an important extension of the school's Reggio Emilia-inspired educational philosophy, which recognizes the essential role of relationships, collaboration, and community in a child's development.
Events such as the Fall Festival create opportunities for children to build friendships, strengthen their sense of belonging, and experience the joy of being part of a supportive school community.
Celebrating the People Who Make KLA Schools Special
The success of the Fall Festival celebrations was made possible through the dedication of teachers, school leaders, and participating families.
From preparing activities to welcoming families and creating engaging experiences for children, the school teams worked together to make the festivities memorable.
The celebrations served as a reminder that a strong school community is built not only within classrooms but also through the everyday relationships and shared experiences that bring families and educators together.
As the fall season continues, KLA Schools remains committed to creating meaningful experiences that nurture children's curiosity, encourage family involvement, and strengthen the connections between home and school.
