What is the Parent Satisfaction Survey?

The Parent Satisfaction Survey is a brief anonymous survey designed to gather your feedback on key aspects of your experience at KLA Schools, including communication, your child’s learning environment, and your overall satisfaction.
It takes just a few minutes to complete, but the impact of your feedback is significant.

How will I receive the survey?

To ensure privacy and accessibility, the survey will be shared directly with currently enrolled families through:

  • SMS (text message)
  • The parent communication app

The survey is not public and is intended only for KLA families, allowing us to collect thoughtful and relevant feedback from our community.
