My name is Yudith Moreno, I was born in Havana Cuba and moved to Miami when I was eight years old. I have an associate degree in education with a background in art appreciation. My journey with KLA began 11 years ago when I helped found KLA Schools of Doral and fell in love with the Reggio Emilia philosophy. I later became Atelierista and this is my third year with KLA Schools of Palmetto Bay as the Pedagogical Coordinator.
My name is Karen Walters. I was born and raised in Miami where I grew up surrounded by bright imagery and culture. I believe that art has an essential role in education in supporting children develop a strong sense of belonging and identity.
I Have a passion for working with children and seeing them thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually. This is my third year at KLA Palmetto Bay and I am grateful to be with the 4’s once again.
My name is Maria Cristina Saavedra. I have taught children from the ages of 3 months to 2 years old. I have learned to closely observe each age competency and teach in a creative manner. The opportunity to work with the youngest children of the school is noticeable in the growth of my own professional development.
My name is Adnaloy (Anita) Rodriguez. I have an associates degree in Pre-K Primary Education from Miami Dade College. My passion has always been to work with children and I have had the privilege to work in the field for over 19 years. I have been happily working in KLA since January of 2018. I have worked in the class of the 3’s and also in the class of the 4’s. I am very excited to continue working in KLA.
