Gina DePonte

Director

Gina DePonte brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education and is deeply committed to nurturing children’s growth through a Reggio Emilia–inspired approach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies from Charter Oak State College and is dedicated to creating a collaborative, enriching environment for children, families, and educators. Outside her role, she enjoys time with her family.

Sandra Davis

Assistant Director

Sandra Davis brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, beginning as a classroom teacher and growing into leadership roles. She holds an associate degree in early childhood education and psychology, supporting her child-centered approach aligned with the Reggio Emilia philosophy. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing, collaborative environment and enjoys spending time with her family.

We offer full-time and part-time programs for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years:

Infants (up to 12 months): Warm, responsive care that fosters early sensory exploration
Toddlers (12 months - 3 years): Confidence-building routines and language development

Pre-K & Kindergarten (4 - 5 years): Project-based learning and real-world readiness
