Hola! My name is Ms. Blanca! I was born and lived in Villa de Alvarez, Colima, one of Mexico's smallest cities. I have a degree in foreign language teaching from the University of Colima in Mexico. My love and passion for teaching began when I was a little girl. I'm convinced that as teachers, we could make our students grow in all aspects. I cherish being surrounded by children the most; being a guide for them empowers me to be a better teacher, while there is always something new to learn from them. Over years of experience, I've worked with every age group in early childhood education, from infants to pre-kindergarten, in a variety of roles.

The Reggio Emilia educational philosophy motivates me because it posits that learning has no end and constantly renews itself through unique encounters. This approach also focuses on connections, which I believe are a significant component of early learning. This is why my motivation every day is to engage students to explore and discover the world around them, as well as to tell them that each day brings new knowledge. My priorities are to maintain excelling in the field of early learning and to dedicate myself to each and every family being part of KLA Schools of Bellevue.
