Luz Maria Gonzalez

Operating Owner

Hola!! My name is Luz Maria, but it's easier to call me Maria. I was born in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. I have 5 siblings, two sisters and three brothers. Since I can remember, I wanted to be a teacher. When I was 19, I started to work as a preschool teacher at Cumbres Institute, where I had the opportunity to teach children ages from 1 year old to 4th Grade. After 5 years of teaching, I became the English Preschool Coordinator. During this time, I also opened and oversaw an early learning center called Bambolino, which included programs for infants and toddlers. I love being able to help children grow, be happy and always believe in themselves.

Payton Bright

Pedagogical Coordinator

Hello, my name is Ms. Payton!
I began my journey in early learning through my natural love for children but became enamored with early childhood education and the fascinating world of child development. I have since over the years worked with every age group in early childhood education from infants through kindergarten, in many different roles. The Reggio Emilia approach to education is a philosophy that inspires me through the way in which through unique experiences, learning has no end and constantly renews. This approach also concentrates on relationships, which is an aspect of early learning that is so unique, special and sacred, and something that I value greatly. I make it a mission to have a relationship with every child and family in my care. I have goals to keep growing within the realm of early learning and to commit myself to all families of KLA Schools of Bellevue.
