KLA Schools Celebrates Young Artists at Annual Fine Arts Festival Across Three Campuses
NAPERVILLE, IL — July 25, 2026 — KLA Schools of Naperville, Naperville West, and Plainfield welcomed families to their annual Fine Arts Festival, a joyful celebration of children's creativity, imagination, and artistic expression.
The festival transformed each campus into a gallery of young artists' work, featuring paintings, clay sculptures, mixed-media creations, and collaborative projects developed throughout the school year. Families explored the exhibits together as children proudly pointed out their artwork, shared the stories behind their creations, and celebrated their learning with friends, teachers, and loved ones.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, the Fine Arts Festival reflects KLA Schools' belief that children communicate their thinking through many forms of expression. Every piece on display represented a child's unique ideas, observations, creativity, and growth.
"One of the most memorable moments was watching children eagerly lead their families through the exhibits, excitedly finding their artwork and sharing it with those they love," said school leaders. "Families were truly impressed by the quality, creativity, and thoughtfulness reflected in each piece."
Beyond celebrating children's artistic achievements, the event also demonstrated the KLA community's commitment to giving back. Through the generosity of attending families, the festival raised funds to support local organizations.
KLA Schools of Plainfield raised $150 for Kidz Kabaret.
KLA Schools of Naperville West raised $205 for Kidz Kabaret.
KLA Schools of Naperville raised $260 for Kidz Kabaret.
The Fine Arts Festival served as a meaningful reminder that art is about far more than creating beautiful work. It nurtures confidence, communication, problem-solving, and self-expression while strengthening the connection between school and home.
"When families pause to truly experience their children's work, they aren't simply viewing artwork—they're witnessing the learning journey behind every brushstroke, sculpture, and creation," school leaders shared. "These moments of pride, connection, and celebration are what make the Fine Arts Festival so special."
At KLA Schools, the arts are an integral part of everyday learning, empowering children to think creatively, express themselves confidently, and explore the world through curiosity and imagination. The annual Fine Arts Festival beautifully reflects the school's mission to honor children's voices while fostering a lifelong love of learning.
