KLA Schools Overcomes Weather and Spreads Joy Amidist Chilly Celebrations

In a heartwarming display of community spirit, KLA Schools of Naperville, Naperville West, and Plainfield collectively raised an impressive total of $375 during their annual Walk-a-Thon held throughout the month of October. This charitable effort was dedicated to supporting Special Olympics in honor of those affected by Cerebral Palsy.

The commitment and enthusiasm of the students, families, and staff were truly remarkable and were a true reflection of the community's dedication to charitable causes and the spirit of giving back.

Despite facing cold and rainy weather on Saturday, October 14th, the three schools united for a festive Fall Festival where students, families, and staff enjoyed a variety of fall-themed games, engaging activities, face painting, and balloon twisting, and creating an atmosphere of festive camaraderie. The event not only showcased the resilience of the KLA Schools community but also fostered a sense of togetherness despite the weather challenges.

To cap off the month's festivities, the KLA Schools embraced the Midwest weather on Halloween with a Trunk or Treat event and Halloween Parade. Despite the challenges of the cold weather, families expressed their gratitude for the school's commitment to the planned activities. "The smiles on the kids' faces make the snow worth it," remarked a delighted participant, capturing the essence of the community's commitment to providing memorable experiences for children despite challenging weather conditions.
