The young learners have not only cultivated an array of fresh vegetables, including cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, and peppers, but have also embraced hands-on experiences that promote healthy eating and sensory exploration.

KLA Schools hosted a comprehensive professional development day on Thursday, August 10th, to cap off the summer season. Educators from all three school locations collaborated to enhance their skills in fostering a present and engaging classroom environment. This training focused on implementing the newly integrated social-emotional curriculum, underscoring the institution's commitment to holistic student development.

As anticipation builds for the forthcoming school year, KLA Schools opened its doors for a spirited "Back to School" open house on Saturday, August 12th. Students had the exciting opportunity to familiarize themselves with their new classrooms and connect with the fresh faces accompanying them on their educational journey. Meghan Zeller, Pedagogical Coordinator at KLA Schools of Naperville, expressed her delight at the event, saying, "It was heartwarming to witness the return of so many students and their families, especially those who took a break during the summer.
