Director

Gina DePonte brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, demonstrating a deep commitment to nurturing children’s growth through a Reggio Emilia–inspired approach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies from Charter Oak State College, supporting her strong foundation in child development and educational leadership. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to creating a collaborative and enriching environment for children, families, and educators. Outside of her professional role, she is a proud mother of five and grandmother to two granddaughters, and she cherishes the time she spends with her family.

Sandra Davis

Assistant Director

Sandra Davis brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, having begun her career as a classroom teacher and steadily growing into leadership roles within the childcare field. She holds an associate degree in early childhood education and psychology, which informs her thoughtful, child-centered approach aligned with the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Deeply committed to fostering a nurturing and inspiring learning environment, she values collaboration, curiosity, and the unique potential of every child. Outside of school, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters, who are at the heart of her world.
