Children become designers and builders using blocks, loose parts, recyclables, and natural materials to create structures, cities, and inventions.
Week of June 8
Splash & Flow: The Science of Water
An interactive week exploring water through movement, sensory play, cause-and-effect experiments, and creative expression.
Week of June 15
Around the World in 5 Days
Children explore cultures, traditions, music, art, and foods from around the world through hands-on experiences and dramatic play.
Week of June 22
Wild & Wonder: Nature Uncovered
An inquiry into the natural world—bugs, plants, textures, and ecosystems—through outdoor exploration and nature-based art.
Week of June 29
Invent, Imagine, Improve
A STEM-inspired week where children design, test, and refine creations while building problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Week of July 6
Creative Currents: Art in Motion
Children explore visual art, music, dance, and texture - discovering how ideas move across diffeent forms of expression.
Week of July 13
Move It, Make It, Feel It
Children explore movement, rhythm, emotion, and expression through dance, music, yoga, and hands-on creative experiences. This week focuses on body awareness, self-expression, and the connection between movement and creativity.

Camp KLA: Summer Celebration Week
A joyful wrap-up featuring favorite camp activities, games, group challenges, and creative reflections from the summer.
KLA Schools of Chamblee is excited to offer Summer Camp for children ages 5–6, running Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that extended care will not be available. Enrollment is limited, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis—reserve your child’s spot today for a summer packed with adventure, creativity, and discovery!
